Never experienced this issue before, but can't seem to download individual files within folders and get that error message. whenever i press "PLAY" at the bottom, the pack starts to download it happens for every modpack on the technic platform. The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, Do NOT use sites like Mediafire, Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, So all I need to do then is download forge server and throw the mods I have hosted servers before with premade packs (like FTB) and technic launcher in the past.
