For those who use EMF for their mods (like me), don't edit "vehshare.ytd" files in x64e.rpf and x64w.rpf. Edit it in EMF DLC pack folder : EMF > dlc.rpf > x64 > vehshare.rpf > vehshare.ytd (this file).

I used WinMD5 program to check the match each rpf (From A to W each) and found that x64b is only ONE file that is NOT match! This does caused GTA V not to launch at all. I deleted that file and have steam verify to redownload that file but problem is, when it is redownloading this file, it is STILL same value number (that number is corrupted one).

If I modded something in there would I also need to include all the other x64#.rpf files in the mods I lost my bison 2 and 3 so im not sure whether that cost the game keep crashing so i reinstalled it but i still lost bison 2 and 3 and the game still crashing dont know what to do ??
